Great for a long weekend
Easy check in, no problem to get loungers! Pool snacks tasty and good location. Small pool at block B is quiet, better to relax rather than main pool. Perfect temp!
No air con was a killer. Especially in apartment that has sun facing it all day! Also some staff both at pool and reception need a customer service training course!! .. 10€ per hour for late check out. Courtesy shower provides towels but it is the beach towels from the shop!!! Also I was given a baby sized one ????

Overall lovely place and I would go back just not a ground floor apartment
Location spotless and staff are amazing
No air con and as we were on ground floor we couldn’t leave door open as there was cockroach’s at night

Lovely stay, thank you
Lovely clean facilities and pool, reception staff was very helpful and pleasant, Liked the quietness despite it being busy, respectful clientele and quiet nights. Good range of food and drink options at the bar Light singing entertainment in the bar area in the evening was lovely Plenty of sun loungers Staff always cleaning the grounds Inc pool area and smiling Lifeguard always attentive and helpful Welcome pack with cloths and fairy liquid etc in the kitchen and shower gel, shampoo and moisturisers in the bathroom. Large walk in shower, great selection of kitchen appliances and utensils and fantastic induction, fast cooking kitchen cooker top.
The fact I had a mobility scooter the shops weren't an option due to the large hills beside the complex and they only sold small bottles of €0.29 water for €1.80 in the bar. I had to get taxis to go and buy the 5/8 litre bottles to keep me going. Cleaner buzzing the door around 40/50 times until you answer at 8.15am, very rude especially when you have a do not disturb sign on to get some sleep. (A few people around the pool were also complaining about this) The cleaner was poor at her job, I cleaned after she left, no clean sheets in 11 nights either. No air conditioning in the rooms except for a noisy fan which I had to leave on all night which was ok due to it not being overly hot weather but wouldn't like it to be July! The complex is missing a small shop on site, it would of been incredibly useful for everyone. Knowing all that I do, I would still return to this lovely complex and just be better prepared with my mobility scooter for shops etc. P s.. An instruction leaflet for the 12 button microwave would be helpful as it has many of different settings and the button digits have been worn away.
